This game was played with both gays and lesbians and they enjoyed it as much as the men. So yes it would be enjoyed by lesbians.

No... It's a "gay version" of Cards Against Humanity. It's actually better if you know a bit about gay life before you play it or you may not understand the references. That said, it's a great game and a BIG HIT at any party full of gay people. Hope this helps.
