Not tried electric knife blades but works on regular serrated blades well

How does this work on fillet knifes used for fish?

Works on all my kitchen and pocket knives including a boning knife. Not sure about filet knives. Very satisfied with sharpener.

is motor powerful enough to sharpened big knives?

I think blade size is irrelevant. The abrasive wheel has the same contact area with the blade, regardless of the size of the blade. I don't know what you consider to be a big knife, but I have used this sharpener on everything from a paring knife to a cleaver to a machete without issue. Very thick blades might pose a problem, but they would also make terrible kitchen knives, and this sharpener is intended to be used with kitchen knives.
