Adjustable thickness crush resistant pillow
Delivered promptly as well protected parcel. This pillow was chosen as its thickness is adjustable thus meeting my neck problem. On unpacking the actual pillow was inside a black fabric zip up bag with the zip tied shut. The pillow has a pillow protector style cover with a zip closer at one end. Ventilation fabric runs round all four sides. It is good quality and adequately strong. Washing instructions included. The final section of the pillow uses a relatively light fabric holding the stuffing which is packed in tight. The stuffing is 10 mm foam cubes. The foam is fairly dense and recovers immediately when crushed. The pillow hardness is on a par with a down filled pillow.. For my use some four handfuls of stuffing have been removed. A bag is included for storing removed stuffing but is too small. This pillow is used inside an ordinary pillow slip. In use the pillow does not feal lumpy from the foam filling. Possible down side. If the pillow would be subject to strong sunlight the manufactures spec does not say if the foam filling is uv resistent.

A review after 2 years....
I've now had this pillow for two years now. It's the best pillow I have owned. It is very adjustable with removing or adding more of the squishy cubes! I'm a warm sleeper and find it very breathable with one side a little cooler. It washes very well and is still in good condition to be used into the future. I've had to add a little more cubes due to the age. It is expensive for a pillow but I'm glad I got it!

Expensive but very comfortable, breathable and customisable
The Simba Hybrid Pillow is a high-end pillow designed to offer personalized support and comfort to individuals. This pillow features a unique combination of materials, including foam and microfiber, to provide a supportive yet comfortable sleeping experience. One of the standout features of the pillow is its adjustable height. The pillow comes with five removable foam nanocubes, allowing individuals to adjust the height and firmness of the pillow to suit their preferences. This makes the pillow suitable for a variety of sleeping positions and preferences.Another notable feature is its breathable design. The pillow cover is made from a breathable cotton material, while the inner layer is designed to allow for increased air flow, reducing heat buildup during sleep.Overall, this is a high-quality pillow that offers personalised support and comfort. While it is more expensive than some other pillows on the market, its adjustable height and breathable design make it a worthwhile investment for those looking for a premium pillow that can help improve their sleep quality.

Keeping Comfort and Shape after several months
I purchased this 4 months ago and delayed any review to see how I got on with it. Past pillows, of various prices, all tended to get flat, lumpy or less effective after a few months and I was after something that would be comfortable but would also last. I can get a stiff neck and want a supportive but comfortable pillow. This was not cheap compared to normal pillows but, as time has gone on, I consider it more than worth the investment. On arrival I initially found it slightly to high and was dubious about how firm it felt. However, a bit of kneading and getting used to it meant that after a couple of nights I was finding it very comfortable and supportive. The inner part of the pillow is a bag containing a lot of small foam shapes that will move around a bit to form a shape where your head goes. It is a few second to pick up the pillow and shake it around if you do not like this. I have also read about some people taking out some of the foam shapes, but I found that just massaging the pillow to form the shape you want was sufficient. The outer cover is pretty thick and provides additional softness and comfort. I also put a normal pillow cover over it, but the outer cover is washable and does wash and tumble dry up a treat. All in all, very pleased. It looks as if this will last a long time, there is no sign of it becoming worn or tired, it has retained the support and comfort throughout and it is probably working out cheaper than buying new pillows every two or three months.

Not for me but Simba have other options that might be better
I recently decided to splurge on the Simba Hybrid® Pillow, and I've got some thoughts to share. As someone who's always on the hunt for the perfect pillow, I was intrigued by the customizable height and temperature-regulating features. So, let's dive in!First things first, the adjustability is a nice touch. The pillow comes with these little foam cubes that you can add or remove to find your ideal level of support. It's a cool concept, and I appreciate the option to tailor the pillow to my preferences. Plus, the whole thing is machine washable, which is a big plus in my book. No more struggling to keep my pillows clean and fresh! However, I've got to be honest—this pillow is pretty pricey. I mean, for what it is, it's a serious investment. And while I really wanted to love it, I found that it just didn't provide the level of support I needed. I'm a side sleeper, and I often struggle with neck pain, so I was hoping this pillow would be the answer to my prayers. But after a few nights of trying to make it work, I ended up going back to my trusty old pillow. That being said, I didn't give up on Simba entirely. I decided to try their firm hybrid pillow, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer. The extra support has made a world of difference for my neck, and I've been sleeping like a baby ever since. So, while the original Simba Hybrid Pillow might not have been the right fit for me, I'm still a fan of the brand. In the end, if you're looking for a high-end, customizable pillow and you're willing to splurge, the Simba Hybrid Pillow might be worth a shot. Just keep in mind that it may not work for everyone, especially if you need a lot of support. And if you're a side sleeper like me, you might want to check out their firm option instead. Happy snoozing!
