this gun works miracles at the fedex ground terminal where i don't always have the space to pull my truck in to use the air. It has saved my crew and i countless hours and headaches when the terminal is packed

Batteries charge fast. Did a complete brake job on my semi and no problems. Expensive but for what I was going to pay for labor now I own.

Wrench and equipment is fine. Less enthused about this seller. Paid extra for Saturday delivery and it took until the following Tuesday. If you can find it elsewhere, may be a better experience.

I returned the product within 15 days because it didn’t work on a 1”1/4 inch bolt, but got half of the money deducted due to restocking fees. You have to be careful when buying from this company.

Exactly what my husband wanted/needed. Works great on the farm equipment, very heavy though, very powerful.

It was able to take off my semi truck tires and tighten them.

Use it in heavy equipment repairs. Very high quality and strong.

We have used our impact about a dozen times in the month and a half it worked. It is in the repair facility as I write this," first one they have seen". $500 bucks to repair if not covered by warranty. Not sure how they can give an estimate without opening it up. It did rattle up our 1" and ! 1/8 bolts great. It is less cumbersome than a 1" air impact. It is not a valid replacement, in my opinion so far, for the air impact.
