Comfort and style in one
I have owned several of these belts. They are excellent. Super comfortable with on the fly adjustments. No more holes in belts. With these ratchet system you can make fast size adjustments. You will never go back to a traditional belt again. You can choose between leather or nylon belts. Several colors to pick from. Plus different buckle designs.

Best Carry Belt I’ve Ever Had, Ever!!
This belt is fuggn awesome!! Absolutely the best carry belt I’ve purchased to date, and I have MANY carry belts. It holds its shape and looks great. Can be worn with dress pants or casual clothes, or jeans. I was skeptical it wasn’t stiff enough, but after wearing it everyday since I received it, the belt is as stiff and sturdy as the day I got it. The ability to make micro adjustments and the ease of the buckle is awesome. The belt has carried my 5in all steel 1911 all day like a champ, and that was my test for it.. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this carry belt for EVERYONE.. I could write positive things about this belt for days and still not do it justice.. it’s lighter and stronger, and more adjustable than all my other belts that cost more, some of them twice as much, and this is more versatile for whatever you are wearing.. Buy this belt if you are looking for a carry belt and reading this review.. I am so happy that I bought one.. Best money I’ve ever spent on a carry belt ever, hands down.. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!!

Why don’t more belts do this!!!
It’s easy to put on and remove. Just get one and you can cut the to your waist size. It’s easy, simple, stupid and worth the cost. It doesn’t water out as fast as other belts which is perfect.

Works great as a regular belt, but I don't really like it as a gun belt
I bought this to use it as a gun belt because I saw a lot of people praising its ability to be used as a gun belt. Maybe I bought the wrong one, but it does an ok Job as a gun belt. It doesn't hold up very much weight as a gun belt, but it does a good job if I fit it with a SW MP Shield. I can tell that its going to get a little bend were my gun hangs, but its held up very good other than that. As a regular belt, it works great and I haven't had any issues at all. I've been using it for about a month.

Small issue but resolved
I was very happy to purchase my first ratchet belt. I had grown tired of the common belt which would tear away over time and would never fit exactly to my waistline. Unfortunately after about 2 months or so of use, I noticed the tip of my belt (the end that goes into the ratchet system) was starting to peel a bit. Based on what I paid, I did not expect something like that to occur so quickly (maybe over a few years of use). I called Trakline and they said they would be able to replace it. They just had me send an email to them to get it on record which I obliged. What most likely happened was I received a defective leather belt (the ratchet was working just fine). But in less than a week I received my replacement so I was very glad they did not waste anytime to replace that. I love this belt and I'm very happy with my purchase and the Trakline customer support.

great for casual. not great for work.
This belt is everything I ever wanted in a casual belt minus a few small flaws. The etched lines in the buckle can potentially cut you. I've noticed the top of the buckle will also pinch me a bit. I have a small gut that pokes out over top my belt. Also I don't blame the belt so much for this one but when I wear the belt at work and I put on my climbing belt with 20 pounds of tools over top of it the teeth that holds the buckle in place begins to tear through the leather which is a shame because the ease of adjustability is so damn convenient I really want to be able to wear this at work. I cut the damaged part off a few times but if I keep going I won't have any belt left. This belt is the best belt I've ever had for home office and casual but not equipped for the extra weight of tools. If they can fix this I'd gladly buy 5 more belts.review update 4/21/16. The buckle's spring mechanism has broken leaving the belt completely useless after 4 months. i have only used it for casual wear after the first month so the last 3 months i didn't even wear it at work and it busted on me. a waste of 50 dollars. it was nice while it lasted i guess.

Better than the cheaper one I bought
I have two of these ratchet belts now, the first I bought for like 30$. I like both of them but this one is better because the release is much smaller so it's less likely to be hit by mistake loosening your belt. I agree with some of the reviews saying the leather is thin but it looks, feels, and smells like real leather unlike the cheap one I bought.

Darn Good Belt.
I gotta say, this is the best ratchet belt I've owned. I say this in terms of its material quality and assembly.. The leather is thick, free of mars, and finely stitched. It's fine-looking, tough leather, not supple and soft. I prefer this because harder leathers don't deform over usage time and last much longer. The track in-bedded in the leather as opposed to sandwiched onto its inside. This allows the belt to curve naturally around your waist. Other track attachments go against the curve of your waist which forces them stick out obtrusively. The buckle also meets the fine-looking, tough description. It's attractive, minimalist and doesn't scratch easily. It's ratchet mechanism is spring loaded with the right amount of tension and feels very sturdy. It's never gotten stuck in the grooves or been difficult to unfasten. I've worn the belt about 30 times and have been very pleased with it.
