Where is it made and any ingredients from China?

There is no indication on the package (nor on the company website) as to where it is actually made. This has raised my interest and I have contacted the manufacturer. I'll post what they have to say.

Could these be good for pet rats?

I would venture to say yes but watch the weight of your pet to the dosing. Glucosamine is wonderful.

What is the expiration date?

I checked the bag and found no expiration date.

If my cat refuses to eat this...is it returnable?

Probably not that you opened it Try to hide smaller portions in their food because it certainly good for them.
