I love smoked salmon. Always an expiration date no matter whose you buy. Date depends upon amount of moisture left in it and that does vary. You should try various ones to see what you like. Most dates are 3 to 6 months. I don't specifically remember the date on seabear. I do remember it is one of the best I've ever had. Have fun. PS. It's really good with cornichons or capers.

When it doesn’t specify, you can be sure it’s not king or sockeye. Pink, chum and coho are the other three Alaskan species, they are not bad but not the premium ones.
