Correct posture, easy assembly,
Easy assembly, Correct reach, nice workout. Many machines have handle mostly in line with pedals, which stops your reach. This machine is ergonomically well designed, very close to the actual rowing motion. The resistance is a bit low, but it's good for zone2 training. It doesn't have a bluetooth connectivity, but I track the workout on my watch with a polar heartstrap. So the workout metrics are independent. Overall a very good machine at this price. Didn’t work. No support available.
Flywheel only works at 8 resistance. Lower resistance just gives up for most of the pull. The screen does not update activity. No service personnel available to fix. Returning product.
