is it microwave and dishwasher safe? if it come broken then what will be procedure to fix it ?

I haven’t broken mine so I wouldn’t know how to fix it. Crazy glue maybe? I use mine in the microwave and clean it in the dishwasher.

How can you tell it is Officially licensed?

It has the official Disney insignia on the bottom, it is a great mug, and gift.

The product description says it is microwave and dishwasher safe but the sticker on the product says it is not safe for both. Which is one is correct?

I didn't check the sticker and have been using the dishwasher almost daily and the microwave a few time. Just checked and the bottom of the mug says dishwasher and Microwave safe. No problem either one.

Is it really Microwave in a dishwasher safe ?? Cuz I saw the review about the false advertising. this is very poor advertising if true.

We have used it in both Microwave and regularly wash it in the dishwasher. We bought 2 almost a year ago, and love them.
