Pearce Grips PG-T22 Rubber Wrap Around Grip for Taurus PT22 and PT 25 , Black

I have read all the reviews before I bought this one. The Pearce Grips Gun Fits Taurus PT-22 and wrap-around grips perfectly. I only need to cut out a littler near the safety tricker. The grip is so solid and nice feel to it. I have been firing about 100 bullets and its still hold the form very well. I highly recommended all Taurus PT-22 gun owner to switch and put it on.

Firearms manufacturers would be better served if they checked with Pearce before designing their handguns and just have these guys design the grips for them. These are what should come on the gun. They afford the Shooter the utmost in grip and control of the pistol and definitely help with taming any recoil and improving accuracy.

Good grips, great texture! I had to do a little shaving around the thumb safety and the barrel release. The safety was a little stiff and hard to engage/disengage but after cutting off a small ridge with a razor blade it works flawlessly. Around the barrel release I had to shave a little off the front edge of the grip with my dremel to make the barrel release easier to access. I would probably give it a 4.5 star rating if I could, just based on the little bit of work I had to do on it to make it function properly but it is 100% better than the stock grips!

I bought this grip for my wife's PT22. Mainly because she has the pink pearl grips, that make me look like a New Orleans pimp while I shoot it. The fit of these is decent, there is a little gap on the rear end of these grips that I didn't like, also the rubber is just a bit too thick in front of the barrel flip latch. Simply use your left hand and there is no issue. I was pretty freaked out after buying then reading the bad reviews, however these are a good for the price grip option. Her gun certainly feels better in my hands now, and looks a lot better than those humiliating pink pearl grips. Lets face it the PT22 is a garbage gun, her old grips split in 2 the first week of shooting and I have literally had the slide fall of while shooting. I am far from a gun snob, but this is by far the worst gun I have ever shot. The reviewers are either projecting their disappointment of this gun on the new grips, or if not give it time... this gun will disappoint you in a lot more ways than these grips ever could.

The grip fit my wife's PT22 just right, a little tight around the controls (safety and mag release) but not so much that they were difficult to use. Grip has a very nice feel, gun feels more secure in hand. Keep in mind grip will add some width to the gun which may affect which pockets it fits in for some, but it's far too wide for my pockets with stock grips anyway.

I can hold on to it tighter

Product is so/so, These Pearce grips feel great, but are a little sloppy covering all of the frame, hard to reach the tip up barrel lever, and the safety will not move unless you oil under the grip. I might have to shave the area over the draw bar. Kinda thick, might restrict movement. overall, good grip, good price.
