It does. You download it online with codes they provide you once you register the tablet on the Wacom site.

is this compatible with catalina os?

It is, though you may have to go through a couple settings steps on the computer if it doesn't work initially. You would have to Google that. But yes, I just installed the latest Catalina update and mine is working fine.

does this work with krita?

It should work with Krita, Intuos is a hardware with with Window OS. If you use Windows version of Krita, you should be OK.
