#1 Top Best Highest Quality Roof Sealer
The best ever roof sealer. Our commercial roof has leaked for 18 years. We tried 1 can and were very impressed with the thickness and adhesion. We have now ordered many cans of this and have 85 % finished patching our roof. Even so, after 3-4" of rain in the last 3 days, we are 100% bone dry with zero leaks. This stuff really works.

Worth the money!
Had never used this type of product but have to say it worked wonders! Was used on a metal roof that had been battered by repeated recent storms and was the fastestway I could think of to stop the leaks without replacing the roof on the building.Only had about 36 hours between storms and it stopped all leaks.5 Stars!!

Creat a nice solid rubbery barrier
I used this product on some cement blocks. I wanted to prevent some soil from gaining some alkalinity from the cement. Out of the can it looks brown but dries black. I put on three coats and it indeed provided a nice rubbery barrier to water movement. It dries to a smooth pliable texture and feels slick. I also applied it to the inground section of some gardening sticks and this nicely extend the life of the sticks.

I wanted to start out by saying the company's customer service is amazing. There is a toll free number on the back of the bucket and someone answered my questions. We asked them about the dry time after 3 days of waiting for this stuff to get less sticky and they were very nice.We were painting this on a concrete/cement flooring. We live in FL and there is moisture in the soil. Our villa was built about 30 years ago and moisture was seeping up through the foundation. We had to rip out the flooring that was put down just 2 years ago (right before we moved in) because black mold was growing on the cork sub floor. (Not our choice to put down a cork sub floor on a foundation that had moisture but the previous owners clearly didn't know about the moisture issues). So, we starting rolling it in the main areas and painting it with a brush in the corners/sides. The stuff is very thick. However, a few days later it was still very tacky. Tacky to the point we couldn't walk on it. Every time we tried we would get stuck in place. It was pretty funny. We had tilers waiting for this stuff to "dry/cure" before the walked on it. I called the company on day 3 and they suggested to use talc powder or lay down plastic. Our tilers said plastic wasn't a good idea.On day 4 after we applied it they gave up trying to wait until it hardened and started laying tile. They said they ruined their knee pads and it was hard to walk on. We also noticed it was ripping. Wherever they would kneel, move tile, use their rolling cart, etc, it would leave holes. We had hundreds of holes throughout the waterproofing. I wanted to cry. It took us a while to apply and we lost time waiting for the stuff to dry (which it never did).We told them they would have to wait until we applied a second coat. We waited another 2 days and they came back. It did the same thing. Holes everywhere. We wasted about a week in time.Does it work? Maybe, but there is no way for us to tell since they laid thin set on top of it and it had so many holes. I cannot stress how shredded this sealant was. We wasted $150 and hours of time applying and waiting for it to dry. The tilers also were not thrilled with us at all. They told us to buy another product which the local Home Depot had. It is ever so slightly more but it was a dream to apply and, after days of tilers walking on it, hasn't made a single hole.I would not recommend this product to a single person. I wish we hadn't bought it. This would get negative stars if that was an option. I usually don't leave bad reviews but this was that horrible. Sorry Liquid Rubber.
