I have a pinched nerve and I was on vacation and in the room I was staying in was this!!!! I tried and it helped my nerve pain so much. I could never have enjoyed my trip without it. I purchased to use on cruise. Like many others I tend to try new things on vacation so I purchased in the case I had to use in the case I injured myself or anyone is my traveling party.I used on my ankle and the pain instantly went away. The time of pain relief is up to 6 hours max. Great value ,easy to use,great quality be sure to use in a well ventilated area due to smell.

Works good but price could be a little better you need to keep applying every hour or so

I have terrible pain in my shoulders and neck and in my left hip (after 4 back operations). Many sprays go on all runny. This one goes on and dries very quickly. Nice to get to places hard to reach.

I was so skeptical when my husband offered to administer Icy Hot Spray for my severe Neuropathic Foot Pain. The doctors always told me there was nothing I could do to stop it. But my husband who has used Icy Hot Spray since it first came out swears by it . I finally gave up arguing ( or as my deceased mother-in-law always called it "I finally gave up "argering" and told him, It can't hurt to try.I was really taken aback when within 5 minutes the pain was gone. Instead of coming back in a manner of minutes, it was a manner of a day. When it did return, the Icy Hot worked again. After that it hasn't worked completely every time, but when it does work the relief is heavenly. I'm a convinced customer.

This dry spray is awesome! Reaches where you want it and relieves my pain for hours.

This is the best pain reliever I’ve used for my arthritis knee pain. I also take two Advil and a Tylenol prior to exercise or walking. This spray works instantly and is very effective. The only downside is that you need a ventilated space like outside or in the garage etc. The bathroom works ok but you can’t go back in for like 5 minutes. I spray it on liberally and then quickly walk away. I tried the roll on but for me it wasn’t as effective as the spray. If you have doubts about this Go for It. I’ve tried everything thats over the counter and this is the only thing that really works.
