Pull Up Assistance Bands
The media could not be loaded. They have a feeling of being designed to endure since they are constructed from a thick, heavy-duty rubber substance. Despite this, they nevertheless possess the ideal degree of elasticity and stretch to provide smooth and regulated resistance when doing workouts. My first interest in these bands was piqued by the fact that they came in a set that featured a variety of resistance levels, including light, medium, heavy, and extremely heavy. I've been able to make a smooth progression and gradually raise the intensity of my workouts as I've become stronger because of this variation. I am able to begin with the lighter bands for aided pull-ups or rows and then gradually progress to the larger bands for additional resistance on pushdowns, curls, and other exercises. I have been using them for a full-body exercise that targets all of my main muscle groups, despite the fact that they are promoted largely for the purpose of providing aid with pull-ups. Long continuous loops make it simple to conduct an infinite number of variants of exercises that would typically require cumbersome equipment to complete. These workouts include deadlifts, squats, shoulder presses, and anything else you can think of.

Pull up bands
So far I like these. I gifted the light band to a friend, and I use the medium band all the time - more for stretching and resistance. I haven't tried the heavier bands yet. The 4-pack is a great value and the quality seems good.

good resistance band. claimed weight may be measurement of failure, with useful at 1/3 that.
bought the green one that claims 174lbs (but advertised as 79kg). i put weights on it, and allowed it to stretch the amount my tall body would stretch it, but no further. if it kept the weight above that line, i added weight. came out to 60lbs, or 27kg. maybe the claim of 174lbs is how much would burst it. HTH someone. haven't found any flaws with the product, and I'm happy that i can take 60lbs off of exercises. i give it 5 stars, but wish the gave the stats i needed, so i wouldn't have to do a test.

Love these for pull ups and stretching out muscles
Several years ago, when I was working out regularly, I still struggled with pull ups. That's where I learned about these bands. There is some debate in the fitness community about the most effective way to increase your strength for pull ups but I'll tell you that there is nothing most mentally satisfying (if you need a modification to the workout) than to use a band to still do pull ups but with a little assistance. These bands work great and just like the big name brand bands that I used to use in the gym. So now as I work out from home I can get still do a pull up workout with the same results as before from a gym. These are great! And I'm excited that next month I am starting a pull up challenge and will be able to make some serious progress with these bands! Here's what I love:- The bands themselves are labeled to give you an idea of how much assistance you are getting from the band. Even though you can kind of tell just by looking at the thickness and width of the bands, it is nice to have that visual reminder.- These bands are just as easy as the name brand bands to put on the bar and get off. About the only difference I can tell is that the bands we used at the gym seemed to have a slightly more matte finish to them. But I also have to take into account that those bands were being used well before I started at the gym and so I am not sure if they were always matte finished or if that was something that came with time. I don't feel like the slightly slicker finish detracts from anything with these bands. I have always worn shoes as part of my workout and I don't notice any slippage on my shoe when I'm using the bands for pull ups.- If you're not great at pull ups using a band helps you to still see progress on your pull up. It's a great day when you can go down a band and still get your workout in.- For injuries and flexibility issues the bands can be a helpful tool to stretch things out. My shoulder often gets sore working out so the bands help to make that feel a lot better and get more of my range of motion back. Here's the stuff I don't love:- The instructions that come with the bands seem to focus more on stretches you can do with the bands than with pull ups. If you don't know how to use bands for pull ups make sure you watch a quick online tutorial. It's not hard but sometimes getting in and out of the band can lead to snapping results where your foot slides out and the band snaps you.- The bag they come with is a little small. When all the bands are rolled up they fit easily. But if you're like me and don't want to always tightly roll them up the bag doesn't do as well. I tend to put mine with all of my other exercise equipment in a bin or to hang them up on a hook on my wall. They don't take a lot of space.

Damaged right out of the box!
I bought a set of these resistance bands 9 months ago and loved them. I decided to order another set so I could do double-banded "X" squats using the purple and green bands. When I opened the package to inspect the product, I was so disappointed to see the purple band -- the one I really needed -- had 2 rips in it. All the other bands had obvious manufacturing defects, which could make the band weak and snap under pressure. I am returning and ordering another set, crossing my fingers I just got a dud.UPDATE 3/22/2023: I ordered a replacement set, and all 4 bands were in perfect condition. I'm upgrading my product rating from 1 star to 5, because these resistance bands are excellent. However, this company needs to exercise better quality control so consumers don't receive defective products.
