Fantastic, looks great and very easy to use & clean.Is slightly on the expensive side but worth it.

Quality bit of kit that looks great in any kitchen!

This is truly a beautiful coffee maker and the coffee tastes great, including different settings for different strengths. I mainly bought it for the "wake up" function, which is fabulous. Several flaws are so striking, I don't understand why Smeg has not fixed them. As others have said, this cannot be filled under a cabinet, so I needed to place it on the only open work surface I had. It cannot be refilled with the coffee pot, which spills everywhere, so you need another bottle to fill the coffee maker. Also, the coffee pot it comes with has several flaws - it is a very ugly colour grey that does not match anything else on the machine; it does not pour well and you need a knack so it does not spill; you cannot put it in the dishwasher so it can ruin the overall look of the machine if you live in a hard water area. The function to allow for half a pot is not useful as the coffee does not get hot. I never make a full pot and was SO disappointed. I finally DID make a full pot and realised it CAN get hot, so now I have given up on the half pot. It also needed lime scale cleaning after only about 15 uses, which was a bit crazy. But I still give it a four star as it is just so beautiful! And once you do make a whole pot, it stays very hot for an hour in the morning.

Really lovely looking coffee machine, easy to use

Sadly this isn’t as great as I’d hoped.- When filling the top with water, if you use the coffee pot itself, you can’t get the last bit of water out due to the curved design of the pot.- coffee is hot, but not boiling. By the time you’ve put milk in it cools it enough to drink straight away.- the 10 cup suggestion is very misleading. It’s not even four big mugs.- the half fill option gets you one and a half cups- forty minute keep warm isn’t enough. My last machine did two hours (and had a larger volume capacity - sigh, I do miss it)- we keep ours turned off at the mains unless using. This means you have to wait one minute before it will allow you to start the machine.Overall I’m not really impressed for the price - just don’t tell my husband!

My partner absolutely loves this coffee machine very easy to use and clean, it has a timer function and also coffee temperature to keep what’s left in the coffee pot warm

We’ve had other filter coffee machines in the past that occasionally leaked - this one has been solid and is working well :-)
