Love this stuff. I mix this in my water every morning, along with diatomaceous earth and Konsyl. Hope it really contains all the nutrients it states it has. I don't feel any different, but it's like taking vitamins. Sometimes you notice a difference, but sometimes you don't. I just keep buying it as it helps to get the rest of my stuff down. The taste is good. I've used it for 5 or 6 years.

UPDATE: This will contribute to uric acid stones and lower your PH as it's extremely high in purines.
