An amazing product, makes cleaning fun. I took this to Australia for 2 years, and was absolutely gutted when we couldnt bring it back! Very good quality, would have kept it forever otherwise... and it would have kept going and going.

I rarely write a review - but always base my purchase on them. I took ages choosing a mop as so many extreme good/bad reviews on the same products! However went for this one as such a great price. I have a largish kitchen and FOUR dogs 3 kids 3 cats... so its a challenge and my mop was hopeless. As soon as I received this I unpacked and planned to use immediately. The numbers on the poles helped greatly to assemble. I have lower back.pain so the extra pole length helped me mop with out having to bend.I put one of the 5 cloths under the tap - no detergent - wrung out - clipped onto the mop and away I went.After a minute I got the hang of how to mop and within 2 mins whole floor was done! Clean ... no mud or marks! Manoevered easily around corners- i think i may have to be gentle as with brute force I could see it breaking. But once you have the hang of it the mop glides over the floor. Lifted up - unclipped the pad and it was filthy and hairy! Rinsed and popped in washing basket with another 4 on the shelf. This mop is going to reduce the time hugely I needed for getting the floor clean. It is so easy and so quick it could be done e dry day - also as the cloth is damp the floor drys in minutes rather than having to open windows for 30mins to dry a soaking floor. So glad I didn't go for the flashy more expensive model! Very happy.

Seems well made and sturdy, easy to assemble. The brackets to hold the cloth in place work well and can also grip thinner fabric, so I can vary the use. I'm very pleased with the thick reusable cloths included in the pack. I've only used the mop once so far (dry mopping wooden floor) and it works well, as expected. My previous much cheaper model broke after a year, so I'm hoping this will last a lot longer. By the looks it should, but of course the most strain bearing parts are, as usual, plastic (namely the rotating part connecting handle and mop head).EDIT: After 6 months use I'm still very pleased. The pads work very well wet or dry and have stayed fluffy (I'm still on the first one, so the original pack will last me). It's also really easy to shake out the dust after dry mopping. Good buy.

So easy to assemble and only gripe I have with the assembly part of it is that is that I in initially found it to be too long especially when it came to mopping as I felt the metal poles bending. I removed one the poles no longer bent but on moping up it stick to the floor and the cloth kept coming off. For cleaning it is amazing so easy to use, I have used it on laminate and concrete I really was surprised at how much dust it picks up every day also really pleased at how well the cloths wash in the machine and dry so quickly naturally. I would definitely recommend for daily use but if you are planning on mopping it does work but it isn't the easiest way to do so. I did read the reviews so knew this could possibly be an issue, also the head doesn't fit into a standard mopping bucket, again I read the reviews so I was expecting this on the plus side of it not fitting in it doesn't get really wet I put 1 side in and was good to go tried both sides to see if this stopped it sticking but this didn't help. Overall I do still love it and would recommend buying it.

I’m delighted with this for my elderly stone-tiled kitchen floor. It was very easy to assemble, it comes with 5 heavy-duty and easy to attach/secure cleaning cloths, it’s very easy to detach the cloth, rinse and re-attach to continue round the floor and the swivel mechanism seems to work very well. It’s also a much broader cleaning head than I’ve previously had, which makes the job quicker.My old tiles are dimpled and have collected a lot of dirt over the years (I live in the country, and the kitchen opens directly into a yard) and so after wiping over the whole surface a couple of times with the mop I detached the cloth and gave the dirty depressions in the tiles a rub by hand, which cleaned them thoroughly. The cleaning head won’t do that, and I wouldn’t really expect it to. Now that the tiles are properly clean, though, I have no doubt that the mop will be able to keep them in that condition, as there won’t be a further build-up of gunk from outside.This is in a different league from any other mop I’ve ever had, which is why I didn’t use them consistently. I’m delighted - highly recommended.

Easy to assemble and adjust handle length at any time. Glides effortlessly across the floor collecting everything in its path when used for a dry sweep, and a damp mop. It’s Manoeuvrability is fantastic, simple to control, light weight & easily reaching into corners and under furniture making it practical for anyone with low or impaired mobility. It does a thorough job without any effort or stress. It’s actually made sweeping fun, especially when chasing the puppy!Steady and well made, the gripping system is great with grips that you don’t have to struggle to open but keep a tight hold.I’m going to buy another for upstairs because I’m hard to please but this product is perfect.

It's a great product and heavy duty which is great for the price and comes with 5 pads which clean the floors really well and polishes at the same time the only thing is the mop pads don't wash well in a washing machine the stitching falls apart after being in a washing machine so I have washed them in hot soapy water and they are fine .

Am pleased with this as it’s a much stronger flat mop than anything I’ve had before, and I feel that you can put more pressure on it when ‘scrubbing’. The absorbency of the included pads wasn’t good at first and no matter how much the pads were wrung out they still left the floor very wet - I found that this improved greatly after a few washes (without softener). Pads did shrink a little, but could pull back into shape when wet. Have used to clean outside windows and also to clean tiles in bathroom. I like the way that the pads can be ‘clamped’ on as this gives me the option to use old towels etc if more appropriate for the surface that I want to clean. Would recommend.

I bought one of this type mop and love it but wanted another for my daughter. This still works well but isn’t as durable as my other one and the pads don’t grip as well. It does come with several pads and they are very washable and durable. Still the best type of mop for kitchen floors. Does great in corners and under chairs.

I love this and my best friend loves it, we each bought 1 during Prime Days. However, there is a trick to snapping the tubes into the base - it is not included in the instructions. That’s too bad because it can lead to frustration., it is great on my floors, they feel so clean! And today I washed windows and screens with it indoor and out! This is a great use of the product! I think it’s the best mop I ever had and love that so many pads are included. I really enjoyed using it! Especially on my sparkling clean windows! No need to get out a step stool. Excellent product with the worst instructions ever!

Although it comes with a set of washing towels, it features a locking mechanism that will enable you to reuse washing and cleaning towels for as long as they hold up, hence preventing waste of one time use replacements; terrible for wasting planet's resources and even then they are made of plastic and petroleum fabrics that takes forever to breakdown in the landfills. In this way, your cleaning routine will make the best of any available absorbent fabric materials that can be rewashed and disinfected and used with this mop.The only improvement it needs is that the clamps that hold the towels should have a much more powerful grip. The towels can slip from time to time since the clamps are not holding them too tight.The mop also features various pole segments that can be taken out if you desire a shorter length.The locking mechanism is not perfect though. Sometimes the fabric slips and the maneuverability of the mop is difficult because the swivel joint is too free. It doesn't work like a traditional mop. Other than that, support any design that helps the environment by not forcing the users to buy one time replacements, wasting money and materials.

This mop was super easy to put together. Anyone with a little logic can put it together and figure out how to change the pads with no instruction. The large size of the mop head makes it easy to put a good amount of pressure ensuring all the nasty dirt comes up. Comes with 5 replaceable pads that are machine washable, and pick up dirt well. I am very pleased with this product! 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Other than a bath mat a two matts at doorways, I have 100% uncovered floors. I use the vacuum quite effectively but wanted something for a quick once over and for things like under the bed or other tight spots and this does the trick.I sweep, walk outside shake then toss in wash. (Haven't washed any yet because it comes with 5 pads and have only used one so far)
