got this for my AR-15, I just got a new scope for it, and this is the only case that I have found that the gun fits in with the scope on it!! It is so durable, because of course I dropped it with the gun in it the first time I took it to the range, and nothing happened to the gun or the scope...... and it fits my mags great and the lock I have fits perfect around the handle so the kidos cannot get into it, so everyone is safe. The price is great, and this is the perfect case all around also it fits under the bed great too.

I bought this case because I needed an easier way to get 2 rifles to the range. I fit a Mosin-Nagant 91/30 as well as a 10/22 Carbine in the case with no problems (even with having to put the bolt on the Mosin sticking up!) and still have enough room for some magazines or my handgun. However, I'm not too sure about taking the case on an airplane, since the baggage handlers tend to throw everything around, even in front of the customers. I'm not sure how the broad sides of the case would handle having a 50 pound hardside suitcase thrown on top of it. Although, as long as the stuff being chucked on top of it didn't land on a corner, but on the broad side of that as well, I think it would be alright. As far as items sliding around in the case, the foam is pretty thick, but when you close the case, anything much less in height than the biggest object will slide around, as the foam will not be pushing on it enough. This would be a problem in any case that doesn't have pick and pluck foam to set things down inside. It's easily remedied by taking foam from something else (electronics packing, buying some new stuff, etc) to place under the shorter objects, so they have enough height to not slide around. I use this case at work and most of the time it is in the back of the jeep cherokee. The case is durable and holds the guns well, I like the latches they are made to come off if they are twisted, this way they dont break, there are four latches, so the case stays shut, when closed. They are the main reason I bought this case, I had another similar case from a large retail chain, and their latches were different. They eventually came apart from wear and tear. This case doesnt have that problem, it is a different latch type and more sturdy. The price is excellent, I check around at all the sporting goods stores and retail chains and the only hard cases they had were like the old one I had before and they wanted three times the price of the new case I received from Amazon. It has room for two guns easily and if you wanted three shotguns it would hold them as well. it also has very good locking capability, which I use as well. All in all an excellent case. I also carry canine units in the back of the jeep as well and they walk over the case occasionally, no problem this case is tough enough. A good buy for you money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is a very good case for the money. It's much cheaper than the others, but they did not skimp on build quality by any means. It's solid plastic, and nothing feels flimsy. I bought this as an alternative to a giant safe I have neither the money nor the space for, and I am very satisfied with my purchase. It fits my 10/22 and a few knives just fine. It will likely fit my Remington 870 as well, when I get it back.There are 3 spots for padlocks on this case, two on the sides, one in the middle. Make sure you buy at least two padlocks, because one in the middle is not sufficient, you could pop open the case, and pull a gun out from the sides. It would be painful, but it is very possible. With all three padlocks, it is solid, and it would take a lot of work, or a bolt cutter, to get this open without the key/combination.Bottom line, quality case, works very well as an alternative to a safe, buy 3 padlocks.

The outer shell is softer and more flexible than I expected it to be and I am not certain how much abuse it could stand. But, the egg-crate foam interior is good and the size is great. It will serve the purpose for which it was purchased very well, keeping my rifle safe and clean, and provide a good way of transporting it. I am glad I purchased it. It was a good value for the price.

Stumbled upon this while shopping many dozens of rifle cases on Amazon. I only need this to transport from my home to the range, so I don't need this to be of premium quality. For the price I got exactly what I expected, a thin plastic gun case, that performs a light duty task. That being said, I would never use this for checking into an airline flight, or shipment to an FFL without a stronger outer shell.There are holes on the far left and right end of the clasps for a lock, but with a bit of force, they could be defeated. Nor would I trust it to take a drop down a flight of stairs.All that being said, for my light duty needs, $31 delivered to my door was a steal, compare to $169 for a more durable case at Harbour 'da Freights. That savings can go right to ammo. After 4 trips to the range, it works perfect. Today will be trip #5. It's doing it's job.

I bought this for the marksman in the family so he could travel to his competition destination with his supplies to compete. He was extremely happy with it. I highly recommend it. He liked it so much, he plans on getting another one. It is very sturdy, the padding inside is nice and thick and it closes securely. It is not overly bulky, but has a nice sleek design. It is lightweight and has a nice size carrying handle. He has had several brands but prefers this one over the others. This fits nicely in the backseat of a vehicle or a trunk of a car.
