It's not terrible but it's not the coffee I want for my family or friends. I like good coffee and this'd tastes burnt and like cigarettes. This tastes bitter. There is no pleasant aroma to the coffee. It literally smelled like something in my kitchen was burning. I even checked to toaster because I was sure something was burning and I knew the stove was off.The side of the bag has a "satisfaction guarantee" however the hours of customer service are from 8 am to 5 pm EST. I emailed, according to the phone number, and never received a reply. Called a few days later. They have no clue what type of coffee I am talking about. This coffee doesn't seem to exist outside of amazon.Don't waste your money.
