I LOVE this stuff. It tastes delicious, is super easy to throw into some hot water and make a quick miso broth. I used to be able to get it at a nutrition store locally, but they shut down, so now I have to purchase off amazon. It's a little more pricey, but worth it, in my opinion. I LOVE that it is soy free but still get all of the great umami flavor of miso and the probiotic benefits. Some day, I'm going to try to make a hard non-dairy cheese using this stuff, because I think it's the closest thing flavor-wise to a really sharp cheddar that I miss since going dairy free. I make a pretty mean macaroni and "cheese" using this miso as the flavor base in a cashew milk roux. :) It's delicious! If you're dairy and soy free, this is an indispensable ingredient to have in your kitchen. And it's awesome even if you're NOT dairy or soy free--I'd eat it either way, it tastes so delicious!

I love this brand of Miso! Happy Whole Foods carries it. Wish they had the barley and other flavors. This stuff lasts a long time. Makes a fantastic wonton soup!

I am a newbie to this miso business. After reading about how nutritious and beneficial a food it is, decided to give it a try. Found this brand and liked the fact that the container is certified plastic neutral so at least I won't be adding to the amount already ingesting. Found the taste quite pleasing (although one has to be careful about the high salt content and reduce regular salt intake accordingly). Have gone through a couple of tubs of white and am now trying the red to see which one I like more. However, it could end up being a toss up and I will be ordering both flavor in the future. Highly recommend this seller.

I always have a tub of this in the fridge, it’s great to add some Asian flare to your cooking and can be used to make a delicious miso-glaze.

Miso isn't just for soup. Did you know that chefs use this in sauces as well? So versatile and this brand has a mellow flavor without being overly salty. Keeps forever in the refrigerator. Try their red miso as well. I use both.

I love this miso. It's so yummy. I add it to almost everything. The flavor lights up any dish. I ordered 4 and they were all sitting in the hot sun melting. Had to get rid of it. In any grocery store it's kept cool in the refrigerator. I glad Amazon had it available but it was shipped to me incorrectly.

I use miso often for recipes like dressings and soups. I saw this brand recommended by Baked by Melissa and have to say is the best brand I have bought of white miso. Will buy again.
