Direct hand to hand delivery, very securely packaged and even came with a brand new apple charger and a really sweet packet of sweets inside. **Q: Does the phone have the network providers logo and third party software** A: No this is a completely blank canvas and unlocked like a new phone. My daughters one is still performing well after a year. **Q: Will amazon give my money back if theres a problem in twelvd months** A: You get the Amazon 12 month guarantee which I believe either repairs or replaces dependant upon what’s wrong with the phone. This was a major decision in buying refurbished from Amazon. Friends and family who bought this way said the service (if needed) is excellent.
