The H4-360 is advertise as 8000 lumens. The box clearly say 3800 LM. This is completely useless to me. It is very dim. It is just as bright as stock halogen bulb. The COB only have 12 LEDs in it(2x6). A nice a bright 4 sided LEDs use 24 to 30 LEDs in their COB making it so much brighter than these lights. Not worth buying unless you want a white light halogen.
