!!Good but not better than amul cheese 🧀
I tried this cheese brand for the first time, and I must say, it's better than Go Cheese and Britannia. While it doesn't quite surpass Amul in terms of flavor and cheese pull, it still melts nicely and has a great taste. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for an alternative to the more common brands.

Very smooth texture. Slightly salty. Smell and taste is good. It's not sticky. Good quality product.

Among the best brands
It was my first purchase of D'lecta brand.I was led to buy it for it was cheaper than Amul cheese of similar description.Comparatively I found it as good as Amul cheese if not better.Now I will buy either D'lecta or Amul but slightly inclined towards D'lecta for its lower price.

Quite average taste
The flavour of the cheese is very average as compared to other brands that we have tasted before. Still cheese is our infinite love and we made these pav bhaji open toast using this cheese, which were yummy!!
