Medieval Swords One Hand Swords Damascus Pattern Blade. for Collection, Cosplay, LARP (40-Damascus Patter)

I purchased this sword for a Halloween costume. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and weight of the sword. The grip is excellent although the hilt is slightly out of line with the blade. I decided not to try to bend it straight and in fact the 'bend' made it easier to keep the hilt just a little closer to my body so it was less likely to catch on my arm as I walked. The blade looks great. The 'pointy' end of the blade is quite sharp but the blade itself is safely dull. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I like how heavy and sharp it was out of box, also the craftsmanship even dow its a 60 dollar sword.

I like this sword. I think the elven rune design is an obvious eye catcher (with obvious allusions to lotr fans). It is solid. I bought it because it said it was full tang and it looks and feels to be, though the decorative end of the handle (beyond the hand grip) suggests it might be attached separately. I didn't care too much for the darkness of the oiled blade, but it seems that's part of the more carbonized, functional larp characteristics. I'm not really a larper so I think I might have chosen the brighter version without the full tang as I understood it in the end. Otherwise, it handles very evenly. The blade is not wide, but it looks and feels proportional and well made.

Great make, beautiful design. Perfectly satisfactory for the price—a great asset for cosplaying or Renaissance fairs!

I got this as a birthday gift and while he was swinging it around it broke

Ordered this for a costume but was surprised at the quality. The faux Damascus finish looks great and the hilt and blade are fairly balanced and straight. Haven't slayed any dragons yet but but I feel confident about it now.

Arrived with a loose hilt that came right off. Metalwork seemed good though.

Got this for my husband's birthday and he loved it! Heavy and really good quality.
