A helpful firsthand overview concerning our need in vitamins and minerals.
Concerning the actual overview, we in Amazon, of the 6 sides, only can pre look at the front side and the back side, where I count the back side to be the side number 4. On the back side (the side 4) which we can look at when being in Amazon, see we are having these separate schedules:“Vitamin & Mineral Supplementation for Nervous System Disorders”,“Vitamin & Mineral Supplementation for Systemic Disorders”,“Vitamin & Drugs That Interact Adversely”.But on the 4 other sides which we can’t go looking on when being in Amazon, we actually after the 2 ½ sides “Nutrients/Type/Dosage”, with the minerals followed by the vitamins, are having the following schedules:“Vitamin & Mineral Supplementation for Cardiovascular Disorders”“Vitamin & Mineral Supplementation for Gastrointestinal Disorders”“Vitamin & Mineral Supplementation for Genital / Urinary Disorders”“Vitamin & Mineral Supplementation for Musculoskeletal Disorders”“Vitamin & Mineral Supplementation for Respiratory Disorders & Allergies”“Vitamin & Mineral Supplementation for Skin Disorders”Of which the biggest is the one concerning the Skin.Of course this 6 side overview is only to be referred to as the average daily need of vitamins and minerals as we all are different in what we needs. But the overview is fine in giving ideas concerning the vitamins and mineral which especially are related to the daily health, and in case of sickness disorders, how they are related to these, as for example: Food poisoning, Hemorrhoids, Arthritis, Asthma, and so on,But again, we are all different, so for example there will be a small number of persons who can’t even take the 60 mg C vitamin, and opposite to them, a small number of persons who without problem even are taking up to 200 grams of C vitamin when they are feeling that influenza is coming.But actual in the overview we for all of the vitamins should be having all of the variants. We are having the B1, B2, and so on because these are quite different. But we for example also are having K1, K2, and so on which also are quite different and important, in the “work” they do. And furthermore for example the K2, also exist as MK-4, and MK-7, each having quit different halving times.So we see that that if the overview should be totally correct it could easily bee to unhandy, so therefore I find that all together the overview excellent in the way it is, and for daily use.
