Are these the type of pictures that dry and you can paint again?

Hi Nicole! Once the color embedded in the page has be "activated" with a wet paintbrush, the color will remain showing on the picture. We have other activities that are reusable, but these are super-fun!

Is the paint non toxic?

My son broke out in a rash from this paint. Do not recommend
