Silversmithing? These work
Took a risk buying these as they seemed good value, as some diamond drill bits can be expensive - so wasn’t sure whether they would work or snap quickly.Used for seaglass drilling. They work and are really cost effective so will be buying more!

Must use plenty of water and slow speed
Used the drill to cut a small hole in strips of glass. First attempt didn't go to plan as drill speed was too fast. Next attempt worked a treat. Used slowest speed on my dremmel and plenty of water. Cut through very easily.

Worked great for me
Drilled through sea glass and stone. First bit snapped after approx 20 sGlass/ stone pieces but still able to continue drilling. Still havent replaced and using said broken drill bit. Worked fab with my dremil .

Disappointed
These looked pretty good at first glance so was eager to get using them....First drill bit I picked from the packet was brilliant, despite it snapping twice (after snapping the first time, the shank was still long enough to be held in my dremel). In total, I managed to drill 24 holes in seaglass, as opposed to around 4 - 6 holes with other cheaper drill bits. Sadly, the second time it snapped, the shank was too short to deem it usable. I was devastated as I could see that the diamond coating was still in tact.Drill bit No.2 snapped immediately without even scratching the surface of the glass. The shank was left too short to insert back into my dremel.Drill bits No's 3, 4 and 5 absolutely useless. As you will see by the photos, the first two turned black at the tips. The last one lost the diamond coating at the tip. Each one barely dented the glass, let alone manage a hole.I've been drilling seaglass for a long, long time and know what I'm doing so, the drill bits didn't get ruined due to wrongly being used.Money wasted, again, on cheap bits. Suppose we get what we pay for!

Needle like
I didn't realise how teeny tiny these would be. Too small for my needs. I should have showed my hubby first before ordering ;)

Items arrived damaged.
Product is as advertised, however most likely due to poor packaging (plastic zip lock bag) only 3 out of the 5 bits arrived still inside the bag and another 2 were bent.

Good quality drill bits
Review for 1.5 mm size... Took a chance on these as they were not the cheapest on offer. They went easily through thin slate. Also used on sea shells, some of which are harder than you'd expect, but using these bits with the shells fixed in a shallow bowl of water worked fine. They are lasting well so seem reasonably durable for these jobs at least.
