I it in and the ted light turns on for about 30 seconds and then goes out. What do I do?** A: I had a similar issue: it seemed that my mouse was no longer charging at all. The LED light on the bottom would flicker red for about 3 seconds, then it shuts off. Since I purchased this mouse in late February, I thought that I'd gotten about 2.5 months of use out of this before it died. Especially after I DID drop it pretty hard like 3 times lol. It turns out that I'd just turned the mouse on in the wrong "dongle" mode: I use Type-C for my iMac, but it was in the other USB mode! I easily corrected that issue by pressing that little black button above the "off/on" switch on the bottom! Now it remains powered on after a good charge. I hope this helps!
