These things are great!! I bought the two pack so I could have more range of workouts. They came wrapped nicely & laid in on one another which made me think how great & easily I will be able to travel with these. They also come with a thick fold out page that has all these different type of exercises at different levels that you can do with them. So even if you bought these & didn't know how to use them, they show you! Which is really great.I decided to buy the CoreCoaster because I had tried out the AbDolly at Orangetheory & really liked the concept & the effect of the workout, but the wheels stuck a lot while using it, causing somewhat jarring movements & which made it all the more difficult to use. The wheels on the AbDolly are like office chair wheels. Not super good in quality, & don't turn as easily when you need/want to change directions.I looked online & found the CoreCoaster & decided to try it out. SUCH a great buy!! The wheels move around a lot more freely, & they don't even get stuck in the slight crevices of our tile flooring. The CoreCoaster is super easy to hold on to or step on & I love the size of them as well. As I mentioned before, they're small enough that I can pack them up & take them on trip. This way I can continue to work out even if there's no gym where I'm going. There's also this cool feature (which I have not tried out yet) where you can loop a resistance band thru the little hole on the bottom, & use that as part of your workout. The only thing I WISHED came with this product, is a small but thick foam pad for you to rest your hands/elbows/knees on while working out. I know the AbDolly comes with one, & was actually a selling point for me. Though in the end, this overall product was more what I was looking for & I can just purchase a foam board elsewhere. All in all, I really love this product & would highly recommend it. I like to read the reviews of products I'm thinking of buying to help in deciding which product is what I'm really looking for. I hope this helps you in the decision process! :)

Not bad, but could use some improvement
These work well overall and are a nice addition to a collection of exercise gadgets. I have been using a Lifeline ab roller for a while now and really love the workout that it gives. I wanted something that gave me more options in terms of exercise movements. I looked at the Holonomex but could not justify spending $200 on plastic wheels... after finding the Core Coaster I ordered them immediately. In general they work well and allow for a lot of variations in movement, however, they don't necessarily move around freely and it can be a struggle to control them in certain positions. They also have a tendency to want to tip over when extended fully. This is not necessarily a bad thing as that struggle does add forearm training to the workout, however it would be nice if things went a little bit more smoothly.I will keep them and probably use them fairly often, but I will most likely also order the SKLZ Core Wheels to incorporate a better chest fly into the routine.

The Truth
Every once in while, a product comes along that is a game changer. To me, the Core Coaster is such a product. I purchased this because I was told that I have a disc problem and need to strengthen my core. I tried all types of workouts, with some degree of success, but the Core Coaster is on another level. What is unique about this unit is that it forces you to use muscles that you don't normally engage in other ab exercise. This is probably due to having to balance one's self to do the exercises or you'll tip over. From my short time of use, my walking gait has changed, my hips and back are hurting much less, and I am quickly building back up the ground mobility I once had. The Core Coaster also allows for experimentation in flow movement which is a growing trend now. The unit also allows for modifications that allow me to gradually build up to advanced flow movements. Overall, a simple but great addition to my work out equipment.

Surprise - these actually work!
As a trainer I own ALOT of fitness equipment and have tried most of the "gadgets" out there, most of which are junk. Not this - it actually does what it's supposed to do and is very well made - quality construction, no sharp edges and sturdy. I've not seen another ab wheel/roller where you can attach a resistance band to both assist and resist your movements. This means you can progress or regress the exercises to your level of fitness. Check out the "core coaster" website and watch the YouTube videos - really shows what you can do with this device. When you watch the videos you'll know why ordering two makes sense. DO read the instructions included and WATCH the YouTube videos. While these are built sturdy if you don't follow the hand/foot placement guidance you can tip them and PLEASE DON'T STAND ON THIS with both feet and be surprised when you wipe out - they are NOT designed for standing on!

Unstable
The item is light and triangular in shape. If you are doing "mountain climbing" your foot needs to remain in the center of the item otherwise it will tip to one side. Because the item is rather light, not weighted enough, this adds to the instability. Even if putting your hands on the item ... one has to ensure that the weight distribution is perfectly centered otherwise the item will tip. Safety risk.

It didn’t come with the set and has poor quality
Wast of your money. In addition of the poor quality it came with just one. Not the set as promised
