Received wrong colour towel rail.
We ordered the 400w x 720h expecting stainless steel but received it in white so unfortunately it's being returned.We didn't fully unpack it so can't comment on heat effectiveness etc but will review the initial impression on packaging and quality. The towel heater was packaged well enough and looks good if you want it in white. I could see no marks or scuffs, and the product felt sturdy in my hands. Just fair warning as the description of the product led me to believe I would receive stainless steel. The other sizes all mention stainless steel in the header description, the 720x400 does not, but all the pictures and information indicate stainless steel. Hopefully just a pick error.
