THIS IS THE BEST FLAG POLE AND FLAG I HAVE EVER HAD! It is the wall mount version, but those ball bearings absolutely keep it hanging true in low winds, and doesn’t wrap up in high winds! Love it!!!

I ordered this tangle free flagpole kit to replace my broken wooden flagpole above my garage. I've had it for a long time and the weather finally wore down the wooden pole and it broke. I hated that the flag kept getting tangled in itself during gusty weather so I bought some sort of device that attached the flag to the wooden pole that purported to keep it from tangling by spinning around when the wind blew. This proved not to work effectively, although it did work sometimes.The difference here is that the whole upper section of the flag pole spins when the wind blows the flag and it truly does keep the flag from tangling around itself! It works magnificently well! I already had the base attachment that this product comes with and didn't need to install it. It is a perfect kit if you need a base, a pole, and a beautiful flag to start from scratch.I can confidently recommend this tangle free flag pole kit to you.Hope this review helped. Cheers!

The quality of this flag is excellent. Along with the metal base it’s very sturdy. Also, the pole spins to keep the flag from wrapping around itself on the flagpole which I think is a really neat feature. The kit also comes with screws and anchors for mounting into brick, concrete or wood.Only thing I’m not really sure about is the plastic holders that hold the clips for the flag. This is why I give a 4 star not a 5 star on sturdiness.I kinda wish they were all metal to hold up if the wind gets really hard. I’m thinking the weather may make the plastic dry rot eventually causing them to break off. Only time will tell though.However, I’m almost certain that the manufacturer would cover any issue that arose and replace the parts if that happens.Overall I’m happy with the look and function of the flag!

About three weeks after receiving the flag and pole, I was away for a week. When I returned the hem on the end of the flag was almost completely undone. The max wind speed was 24 mph (per my weather station in the backyard).Reduced to one star: On March 8, 2025 I sent an email to the company with pictures of the flag. It is now March 21, 2025 and I have not received a reply. Unfortunately I let the last return date go by. So I'm out $36 for a poorly made flag which I'll have to replace.I left it at two stars because the pole deserves 4 stars. It works well, though the mounting bracket pictured wasn't what I got. The company told me that one was discontinued.4/30/2025 About three weeks ago I left a voice mail for their Warranty Information department . No response. Two days ago I left a voice mail for the Customer Service department, then called back and left one for Warranty Information again. No response. Reduced to one start again.I was so happy to purchase a flag made in the USA. I was sad to discover the pole, while put together in the USA, is made with parts manufactured in China. So sad. The stuff made in China is better quality than what was made in the USA.I highly recommend not doing business with this company. Should they ever respond and replace the flag I will change this to three stars. Had the flag not come apart it for sure would be five stars.

Very pretty, nice looking nylon flag! The stitched stars and stripes were just what I wanted, not printed. The white enameled flag pole is very sturdy, attractive and nice. As reviews suggest, the screws holding the plastic brackets on the tangle free pole are plastic and could break. The tangle free flagpole is a great invention. I bought my flag set in Warehouse Deals. Everything was there, repackaged in a less than fresh-from-the-factory-way, but I got a great price that way. Instructions were wrinkled up. The mounting bracket also is very sturdy, but unfortunately, when installing today, I was disappointed in the screws provided.(Could be screws provided form Warehouse Deals and not the original Grace Alley screws?)They were poor quality screws, which did not nest into the bracket as designed. I properly pre-drilled into the wood, but the screw heads still stripped completely. My good neighbor saw me struggling and helped me, offering better screws which nested correctly into the bracket. Unfortunately one of the provided screws was so stripped, I could not get it out. (See photo of stripped provided screw, top left, and replaced correct screws.) That part was disappointing to an otherwise great purchase. The other picture shows how beautiful the flag looks on the front of our house! I am studying American History with our son this year and the American Flag was just the thing to show our patriotism. It comes with a handy guide recommending particular days to display the flag throughout the year. The instructions also direct you to the Grace Alley website where there are very good video instructions showing you how to put the flag together, though it is not complicated.

Great flagpole kit. Well made and easy to install. I would purchase again and recommend to others.

My first Amazon review - It was a long search on Amazon for an American Flag made by Americans as some claim to be but look closer and its foreign made. Out of the box, I immediately knew it was made here as all American Flags should be. The quality is obvious from the screw together pole, to the bracket which is adjustable to the beautiful sewn stars and stripes. Of course it cost a bit more than the cheap crap but well worth it. It will last longer and be more presentable as it deserves. I will display it with pride every day. God Bless those that served under it yesterday and today, those that made it with care and those still brave enough to fly it in front of the woke left that despise it.
