How can i open the vintamin c filter? i've just bought it but i can't open it? it says remove the "open" sticker, but it doesn't make difference!!

You remove the sticker only. Then place the filter in the shower head. It should give out a nice lemon scented smell with every use. Be advised once the water runs through it does leave yellow colouring of water in the head. Before using on your person spray the shower head to remove excess yellow water. With time the water will run clear.

Water comes out yellow at first and then clears out, is this normal?

It is normal the yellow will be dissolving . It will run out at same point and you need to change for new one.
