Is that package dimensions because my bulb looks like the picture but is smaller?** A: The DIAMETER of the bulb is 1.6"... the length is 21.7". Compare this to what you have. MOST IMPORTANT: this is a HIGH WATT BULB, specific for that size fixture. Like ANY UV fixture, it is important to MATCH the wattage to what it was, originally intended. We had developed a cloudy water/algae problem that wasn’t helped by trying two different off-brand new bulbs. Before installing I tested all bulbs and compared the light intensities. The Ultra brand was obviously much more radiant.
