I thought for the price that this was a new book. However in the back there is a code that you can use for access to a computer app to take a personal test. There is a noteThat says if this envelope is opened and the number scratched it unusable to the next user. The envelope WAS opened and the code doesn't work as it is no longer valid. I would like a refund and I would like to return this book.
