I made vanilla with these.

I purchased two 50 packs of vanilla beans to try making my own vanilla extract for the first time. Out of the package the 100 beans weighed about 6.54oz. In package, the weights were slightly varied due to them being packaged by quantity vs by weight.Beans seemed to be of good quality. Many were plump and of good size. Some were smaller and dryer than others, but overall I’m very pleased with what I received and if all goes well I’ll be back next year for my next batch.

Great scent and flavor. Good texture and quality of the vanilla bean. Lasts a long time. The best way to enjoy the vanilla bean.

Beans were used to make vanilla and it turned out wonderful! Nice big beans that were moist, not dried out. Will definity buy again.

Good price, but more dried out than I wanted. The recipe called for "plump" vanilla beans and these did not fit that description, so they were more difficult to slit open to scrape out. But they certainly smelled potent, and they seemed to do a decent job flavoring the panna cotta.

First time purchasing vanilla beans so i’m no expert. however, they were all very similar in size and very plump. i bought these to make my first batch of vanilla extract so i will update when the time comes. they were as fragrant as other reviews mentioned when you opened the bag, but it still smelled very nice! the beans came very quickly in a vacuum sealed bag, and they are loaded with vanilla beans. will update when my extract is finished! ◡̈

I received my vanilla beans and upon opening they were stale and crispy instead of moist. I had to throw them away.

I meant to get the grade A Madagascar but accidently got the grade B. They still work almost as good for extract and still smell amazing.
