I am very happy with this product and the customer service. The pad-shoulder is very light and good quality fabric. The instructions are easy to follow i couldnt be any happier with my bietrun. I like the fact that it has different settings for both the heat and the massager. You can use a combination or heat and vibration or turn off the heat completely. I use it at least 3x per week and after using it you feel the difference. My back and shoulders feel great after every use. Great price and great product.

I couldn't use the product because it was so small. I could barely get it on and it scrunched my chest so I could not move. It looked like it was made for a child.I only put one star down because you couldn't submit without it.

This pad appears to be good quiaty but sized for a women. To small for 270 lb. man!!! I am looking for a massing heating pad right now ,but I can not fine one to fit my size. 4XL. for neck, shoulders, and back.!

I hurt my upper back and this was the best thing that I have ever tried. it's like putting on a jacket that heats up and massages at the same time or you can use either one without the other. I would recommend this to everyone that wants something that won't slip down and need re-adjusting it can also open up and be used as a large heating pad because the of velcro straps.

I had high hopes that this would be just what I needed, but ended up being disappointed. The heat function works and is nice, but the massage is not great. It also has a really weird smell that still has not gone away and makes my head hurt. The adjustable features is super nice but still needs to be tampered with.

The vest was very well made and I would have given it five stars had it fit me. I am a larger woman who wears a size 1X and this vest would not come close to fitting me. Again I must say I was so impressed with the quality, but can't comment on the heating or massaging feature because I couldn't get it on. I would suggest that the manufacturer give measurements . Also be warned that you will pay return postage if you are not near a UPS store where it can be returned with free shipping. My nearest UPS store is 45 minutes away, so a drop off UPS is my only alternative and the cost is around $8.00 to ship it back.

I love this product.It heats quickly; the massage feature is amazing; it has a snug fit and the material is breathable.I wish this manufacturer would make another version with a longer 33 inch back to cover the the lumbar region.

Did not fit well for larger mens chest.
