Excellent product! Nice lather for a sulfate free shampoo and leaves my hair shiny, really soft, and smelling great. My hair feels nice and healthy. Price has increased considerably in the past few months though and I won't buy it again if it increases anymore.

I have long, extremely thick, color damaged hair and, until now (!!!), have found it impossible to find a shampoo that would both penetrate this thick mop to get it clean and protect it from damage. This shampoo lathers and bubbles so much that a little bit goes a long way and truly cleans this thick mop of mine. And, it is so gentle on my damaged hair; I used to lose quite a bit of hair each time I showered due to breakage, but now, I don’t lose any! And it smells SO good!!!

Great product, left my hair feeling super soft and moisturized, Best to use it two to three times a week in my opinion. Overuse has led me to start to develop some slight dandruff, but just cutting down on shampooed washes has solved that issue. Are use the cherry blossom serum they have too and it’s a great combo.

This was my first time using a Giovanni shampoo. I previously purchased other hair products and was very pleased with the overall quality and ingredients used. I did some research on this particular shampoo and decided to try it out. I noticed the difference it made in my hair after the first wash. I have damaged hair from constantly bleaching and dying, so going from dry to smooth and almost silky in one wash felt like I was at a salon getting a keratin treatment. The biggest thing that I didn't like, that could be a deal breaker for some is the scent. It's like a synthetic smell that I can't really describe. I'm personally not a fan of the scent, but at this point anything to save my hair!! I would recommend to those with really dry and damaged hair to get it feeling like it should.

Looks like I received someone’s return of shampoo. Upon opening the shipping envelope, I was assaulted with the smell of the shampoo. The container has a strange tint to it, unlike the prior bottles of the same product. When I popped open the shampoo to use it, I discovered the seal was missing. The product itself came out of the bottle separated and liquidy, unlike the thick and smooth consistency of the shampoo of every bottle I have had up to this point. Buyers beware.

So far so good. It cleans my hair and makes it feel nice. It's a little hard to open the top. You need muscles to open the top.

It smells great. Helps to repair my hair and the price is doable. However, when I see "This is a set" sticker on my 1 bottle of shampoo it makes me wonder about the practices of the seller.

I use this shampoo for almost 2 years now. I don't have problems with head skin or hair

Pros: - Arrived timeously, cost at time of purchase July 2025, £7.12 - Use to help improve my TWA after swimming classes - My afro felt softer, and looked in better condition after 1st use - I'm using this alongside the Shampoo, conditioner mask and leave-in conditioner. - Scent is amazing and works well with my body chemistry and caused no headaches, which I got from the ac=vacado and olive oil range Cons: - none to note, so far so good Works well on afro hair, leaves hair feeling lovely.
