Defective product made good instantly
The kit was a prefect fit for my weapon and was easy to install. However, the holster had a manufacturer's mishap and it wasn't usable. Customer service responded almost immediately and agreed to replace the holster and didn't require that I return the defective holster. Which would have been a waste of time and money. We've purchased other items from this company and are very happy with their products and customer care.

It fits the S&W .380 EZ, and its affordable.
Installation was simple and straightforward, and the holster was easily converted for a left-hander. Many thanks for that feature! I look forward to improving my shooring with this helpful item.

target acquisition
I am unable to raise my arms up to get a good sight picture so I use a laser sight for my ccw

Got a defective sight, it was replaced, and I LIKE IT.
NOTE: As indicated below in the batteries/battery life section, I had problems with the laser dimming and then going out after a ridiculously low number of shots fired. I posted a question on Amazon asking whether anyone else experienced the same problem. The SELLER replied, we agreed the problem was a defective sight, not the batteries, and a day later the MANUFACTURER sent me a replacement that, so far, works as it should. Kudos to both the seller and the manufacturer for speedy resolution of the problem, and getting me a GOOD sight. Now, comments about the product itself.CONSTRUCTION: The sight’s two “shells” (halves) you mount on your gun’s Picatinny rail and trigger guard seemed somewhat flimsy. However once you have them mounted, fitted together, and screwed tight, the sight seems quite sturdy and, hopefully, durable.LASER ADJUSTMENT: Unlike some other inexpensive lasers I have on my guns, when you turn the adjustments for elevation and windage the laser actually moves in the directions it’s supposed to go. The threads on the adjusting screws seemed a bit too coarse. By that I mean just a tiny turn of a screw in or out causes the laser to move quite fart, making precise adjustments rather hit and miss… but doable.. Two Allen wrenches come with the sight to adjust things. They’re smaller than any of the many dozens of Allen wrenches I have laying around. Don’t lose the ones that come with the sight.NOTE: The replacement sight had a sticker on it saying not to turn the windage and adjustment screws more than one full turn, which you definitely don’t need to do to zero things. The original sight that I got did not have than warning.HOLDING ZERO: I’ve only put about 100 rounds through the gun after zeroing the sight. So far zero has held.BATTERIES/BATTERY LIFE: With the first sight I received (the one I ordered), while trying to zero the laser the beam showed up fine at the indoor range 10 yard target. After being on intermittently between sight adjustments, maybe a total of 4-5 minutes (probably MUCH less!) the beam became too dim to see on the target. Pointing the laser down on the floor below me showed a VERY weak red dot…. not enough to reach a paltry 10 (or even 7) yards. Same thing happened with the 2nd supplied battery on another trip to the range. The troubleshooting section of the instructions says: [If] “LASER SHUTS OFF DURING SHOOTING: We recommend and equip [the sight] with Duracell... batteries… because Duracells don’t lose voltage when exposed to harsh recoil like some other brands.” Even with a 10X magnifying loupe I could see NO brand name on any of the 3 batteries that came with the sight. I’m positive the supplied batteries were NOT Duracells. I bought and installed a real Duracell 1/3n. This did not fix the problem, which now strongly suggested I got a bad laser. (As an aside, this sight was mounted on my S&W 380 Shield EZ, which doesn’t have much recoil, and I have other inexpensive lasers on larger caliber guns with far more recoil and never had a problem.)The replacement sight the manufacturer sent me worked just fine; for a red laser it’s very bright and, depending on ambient light, easily reaches 25 yards… the most I’ve checked. And the 3 batteries that came with it were, indeed, genuine Duracells.BATTERY COMPARTMENT: It’s fine, but the small black battery compartment cover that goes on the black sight is held in place with an extraordinarily tiny black screw, and if you have poor close-up vision and/or big fingers, or are not in very bright light, good luck! I had to use sharp-pointed jewelers tweezers to hold the screw in the right place. An extra screw comes with the sight, but lose both screws and you’re, well, screwed. The sight thankfully comes with a suitably small screwdriver. Lose that and you’re also up the creek unless you have a very small jeweler’s screwdriver (size #0-2).Overall, after getting things straightened out with the original defective sight I’m pleased with the product and the price. Ignoring what would have been a one-star review because of the defective product I first got I’m now comfortable giving it a full thumbs-up.

Easy install. Live the trigger Guard switch. The easiest I have seen. Haven't been to the range yet, but certainly looking promising.

Nice setup.
This laser unit installed perfectly and is easy to use. Adjusting it to agree with the fixed sights was not a problem. The extra batteries and holster are appreciated.

Adjustment
Very well built. I would suggest you get a tweezers and have a magnet ready because the screws are very small and difficult to hand onto. I had to adjust the site and that was it. Very nice product. I DO RECOMEND it
