Got this for my resturant for the bartenders to keep the cups off of the bar. Works perfectly. The spring is adjustable for different sizes and the cups come out one at a time which I was worried about.

This is great. Does exactly as it was designed to do. It was easy to install.

I have two of these in my kitchen.... one for 20 oz hot cups and one for 12 oz cups. They are beautiful stainless steel and make a nice addition to the kitchen. Everyone who sees them comments favorably. They coordinate well with my stainless steel appliances.These dispensers are easy to install and filling them is easy as well. There is an adjustable ring that allows for different sized cups to be put in the dispenser. If I could take off a half a star it would be for this adjusting ring. It works for holding the different sizes but often times it dispenses two cups at once. If you try to tighten it then it doesn't necessarily dispense as well. Still, this is a minor issue compared to how good this product is in every other way.BOTTOM LINE: definitely a good looking and sturdy dispenser for a variety of cup sizes. A nice addition to the kitchen.

Looks great next to my stainless and black water cooler! It does fit 2 different types of18 oz Red plastic cups that I’ve tried so far and they were both a different store brand, and it fits 18 oz clear plastic cups. The popular name brand 18 oz Red Square cups however Do Not work well at all, even on the loosest setting. You have to really struggle and put in more effort than necessary to just retrieve a cup, and If successful, maybe 2 or 3 cups get stuck together and come out all at once. It’s not worth the effort to use the name brand Square Red cups. Stick to a store brand of 18 oz Red cups or any 18 oz clear cups and you shouldn’t have any problems if using it on the loosest setting. I’m very happy with this product.Oh, and to keep it shiny and free of fingerprints….get a dry cloth, add just a little olive oil to it, and wipe it down until dry and shiny.

This is an amazing cup holder for any kitchen or refreshments station. What is best, is that this product helps to promotes a safe and a healthy environment for a any business or home. I read a few negative comments about cups falling but this product has the ability to adjust and hold 12 to 24 oz cups. I encourage prospective buyers to buy the right size cups and no less than 12 oz.I highly!! Recomend this product.

Works well, easy to adjust, and simple mounting. Ordered 2 different sizes of this to accommodate our 2 serving sizes. Though if I just mount the brackets to the wall at the same height, the dispensers would end up at the same height. Think again. The mounting slots on the back of the dispensers are different widths, meaning that the larger dispenser sits lower when mounted to the bracket. Once I got them level, they look good, but are a little pricey, but not much else out there to compare it to. Only other glitch for me is that the cups don't tend to come out individually, but in twos or threes. Overall decent, quality product.

Got a couple of these for our ice cream trailer, 2 different size cups. Works awesome! Every once in a while you pull 2 cups instead of one but thats a non issue.

Received this product after trying 3 others that would not fit a 16oz party cup for my camper. The install took about 5 minutes. There is 2 tabs that need to be screwed into the wall and that is all the install needed. The bottom is adjustable to fit the size cup you need. Should we decide to use this for a different cup later it's just a matter of taking it off the wall and adjusting one screw and that's it. Makes life alot easier and clears up space in the counters. This is a commercial grade product so it is a bit more expensive than I preferred. however the value is still there for home use in my opinion.
