I'm 6'5", 225 and more often than not a Nike XXL fits well. Depending on how you like your tops to fit will determine the size of this shirt. I could wear an XL but it would be a tighter fit (good for layering). As a primary shirt an XXL is perfect.

Relaxed and looser! It's perfect.

Q: The white one is it see trough or is the fabric thick and not see trough ?

The fabric is thin DriFit so it's not see through
