I had purchased a full size urn in this pattern for my wife when she passed away six months ago. I'll be taking her back to her childhood home to be interred in her family cemetary and I wanted to keep a small piece of her with me, so I ordered these small companion urns. I'm giving Trupoint 5 stars fo two reasons. 1. the small urns ar exactly what I wanted and they match the large urn perfectly. 2. fantastic customenr service - my first order of the small urns arrived badly damaged and I was very disappointed. I emailed customer service that evening and within 2 hours they responded and asked for pictures of the damage. As soon as I sent pictures the CSR (Melanie) emailed to say they would send a replacement asap. WIthin 3 days the replacement urns arrived and they were perfect.

The look is great. I thought it captured my father’s personality perfectly. It is great storage, very secure, and great value for the money.

These are precious for anyone who has to provide a small amount of remains to loved ones. Well made for the most part.
