I did not know you could not refrigerator tofu. It is nice and firm and worked great in my hot and sour soup.

I made a tofu chocolate pie and it was delicious. Tofu was perfect for this recipe. Sorry could not add picture - we already ate the pie. YUM

Tofu was not firm
The tofu was not firm. It fell apart when I took it out of the package. Threw it away.

Less weight than advertised.
Instead of 12.3oz (349g) the Mori-Nu Silken Tofu sent was 10.8oz(307g).
