What is the weight of this item?

I'm not sure,but it's not lightweight...I suffer with fibromyalgia and as soon as I lifted the box up I knew it was going to be far to heavy.

Has anyone found the nozzles don’t fit?

The nozzles on mine fit fine.. maybe send it back and request a new one?

How do you claim your warranty if it breaks within 5 years?

Also trying to find out the same thing! Bought it in late June 2020 and it's already malfunctioning (overheating and making weird noises).
