This is very nice product..but the packaging was ridiculous. It took me half an hour to wedge the lid out of the pitcher.

I love drinking cold water from the cups & the pitcher, it is a little smaller than I thought it would be . It seems to be well made.

Desde que me llegó el producto estaba doblada la tapa porque lo metieron forzada, llevo 5 días con él producto y se está descarapelando, como si fuera un baño de pintura de cobre, y nada más lo ocupo para agua. Anexo imágenes.

This is a nice picture and 4 cups but the packaging of the lid stuffed into the pitcher is ridiculous! I couldn’t get it out and it scratched the edges of the lid and seemed to bend it and the pitcher was also crooked so it was hard to put the lid on. Redo the packing process!

Bonitos, extremadamente bonitos. Necesitan de cuidados extremos ya que se oxidan muy fácil. La tapa no cierra herméticamente, supongo que como empaquetan todo dentro de la jarra es mucha presión y llega a deformar un poco la jarra

Llegó con la tapa atorada en el fondo de la jarra y por consecuencia un poco abollada pero nada que no se pudiera componer,por lo demás llegó bien.
