A fine budget choice
I wasn't sure what to expect for the price, but I knew the switch on my Harley Benton [TE62DB] felt cheap and flimsy. This was a like for like swap but is far superior build quality. Heavier, more robust, and encased internals, It feels like it'll last for years. The switching action is very positive and sure. Are there better? Maybe? But for under £10 this is an easy upgrade for any instrument that lives in the budget category that you won't be rushing to upgrade again in a years time ~ I didn't care for any of the little top hats that came with it, but that is hardly worth mentioning and certainly not worth losing a star or sleep over.

Feels good to switch, works perfectly.
I replaced the crappy 3 way blade switch on my guitar with this which seemed weirdly cheap but is a HUGE upgrade. Switches silently, has a good physical switch feel, looks and feels robust and comes with a few different heads to match the hardware on your instrument (the cream was a perfect match). Good switch.

Good sturdy switch
Nothing to compare with but feels solid and high quality.

Positive Switch
Easy install, positive action. As mentioned elsewhere, terminals 2, 7 are for the pickup leads, terminal 4 is output. SO much simpler than the old design of Telecaster switch. I also reused the existing control plate mounting screws which worked better on my guitar than the new ones supplied.Excellent product, quick delivery, great value and a substantial improvement on the original equipment. Who'd have believed it?

Guitar switch for shallower fit.
It’s a decent upgrade to a lot of the cheaper switches found on budget guitars. The good thing about this switch was the relatively shallow body, which allows it to fit into guitars that are thinner. The wafer type switches commonly used as upgrades were too deep to fit my guitar (Jackson Dinky) but this one was fine.Nice solid action and feels well made.

It works fine, but it doesn't /feel/ that great to use
I bought this for a custom Ibanez RG that I built. EMG 81/89R pickups, EMG push/pull neck + bridge volume and tone pots, Switchcraft jack, Gotoh battery box. It's a straight forward install and the case is solid. It's functional and does the job, and feels durable. However, I was hoping that the "heavy duty" also implied that it would have a smooth snappy tactile response when switching, with a stiff spring that forced it into each setting with no accidental in-betweens. Unfortunately, while the switch is stiff and the indents are direct with no play, it has a gritty feel when moving and will not snap into the next setting if partially moved, like a proper tactile switch should. It can be bumped into the in-betweens with quite a bit of travel needed before it snaps to 1 or 2 or 3. This may seem like a trivial thing to complain about, but even basic cheaper switches have a much better tactile response. The basic factory 3-way selector on my cheaper Jackson JS24 has a better feel and snappier action. It feels durable and is heavy and otherwise well made. It just doesn't feel like a nice switch should, which could be rectified if it just snapped itself into place with minimal travel.
