These were intended for a small office that has a solid wood desk. Unfortunately, these wastebaskets are fiberboard covered with a plastic veneer. They are supposed to look like wood, but they look cheap: like fiberboard with plastic veneer.

These wood veneer trash bins are perfect in my sewing room. I purchased four of them in Cherry wood tone, placing one at each sew station. Nicely finished, good quality, and attractive alongside cream and cherry wood sewing tables.

These feel and look like cheap plastic. They don’t look like they have “bamboo veneer” - they just look ugly. The images are not an accurate depiction of this product at all. Absolutely NOT worth $50.

These are a high quality plastic in a bamboo pattern. 1/4" thick walls, and no seams in the corners. Not wood. Not veneer. Mine were 9 1/2" x 5 7/8" on the bottom and 10 5/8" x 7" at the top. 10" high. Expensive, but they are good quality and look great.

I was looking for slim trashcans that could fit into a narrow opening in my end tables and that would also look good with the wood tone of the tables. These work perfectly. I had to deduct one star for the very strong lacquer/chemical smell that is still lingering after a few days and the crack inside one of the trashcans.

Well built and just the right size for our RV

I was disappointed that the listing says these are made of wood. I was looking for real wood trash cans. They are plastic with a wood sticker around the outside and they have a VERY strong chemical smell. misleading

Love the quality. Goes well with my wood desk. Small plastic trash bags fit very well. Attractive waste bin.
