Cutting, gluing and assembly required. Very small parts. Difficult
Not for the elderly or disabled. It’s not my idea of fun. Parts are of hard paper products that are very difficult to cut and separate from gram. The walkway is made of more than 30 small parts which, after you cut off, are not connected to anything. Hopefully you will have better luck than I.

Small but nicely detailed
This is a HO scale pier that measures 3 3/4 inches long, no need for painting because the colors are already realistic, it is nicely detailed also.A little warning.. When you open the tiny box the pier itself is one piece that you have to add the pylons and supports and until you do this the pier itself is very fragile, if you bend it to much or rough handle it will snap in half then you have to deal with gluing it back together..This pier fits great with a medium/large sized pond or small lake and for a little bit more of added realism should be placed before you pour your last layer of resin so the support pylons go into the water instead of sitting on top of it.Oh and the set does not come with any of the figures or boat shown in the picture, you just get the pier and supports
