This is a very well thought out package that truly includes everything you need to get started. I'd add a stability ball, a few dumbbells, & a mat to complete the set but this is a very good starter package.The ab wheel requires assembly which simply means you pull apart the handle, insert it into the wheel then put the other side on. Done. The exercise tubing is covered in high quality material which prevents injury when the tubes snap, as they all do over time. That's just the nature of the beast. There are padded handles included which easily attach with the links included. In addition, there is a neoprene like ring attached to a material link which is used to attach to one of the tubes & you close that end in a door so it adds stability. VERY good add in! There is a small mat included which is great for kneeling on but not much else. Very grippy but not sticky & doesn't allow my knees to slip or pull the hair.The sliders are great & double sided. Very smooth, heavy duty red plastic on one side which slides easily on carpet. The other side is covered in neoprene material which slides nicely across tile/wood flooring. No matter the side you choose to place down, the other side allows for your bare feet or shoes to stick quite well without slipping. An adjustable jump rope is also included & is easily adjusted by barely unscrewing the "screws" at the edges on the rope itself then moving the rope to a shorter length. It is incredibly lightweight & I assumed it wouldn't move well. I was wrong. It performs very well both in slow & fast motion.Shown in the photo is a workbook which I didn't receive which was fine as I have a workout routine, but I wish it would have been included so I could see what was inside. Overall, the package is a great value & the products are of high quality. I would absolutely order similar products from this seller again.

4/3/21-New product was sent and all pieces were included!Don't waste your time buying this...got it today and the bands already broke...they didn't think properly while making this product...there's no way u can stand onto he band for biceps...standing on them, they were too short to lift n broke...not as pictured, bo instructions...overall, a was tr e of money

bought yesterday and returned it, the rope is not a good quality, the size of the knee mat is very small.

I started a little workout and I've been working out ever since it has all the tools for me to do what I need to do I take a light workout but you can do heavy duty workout with it yes I'll go for this pack cuz I've been working out ever since and that's been like 2-3 months now

This ab workout set is perfect for me and my shift at the fire department. It is used daily and is made very well. I would recommend this product to anyone.
