The product has two sides one with rough and one with medium scrubbing side which is a benefit because to initiate we use rough side and to end up we use medium side to get better and safer pedicureAlso it has a smooth and nice handle for better grip.How To Use at Home:1. Soak your feets in luke warm water for approx. 15 mins so that all the dead skins, callus softens .(You can add salt or tea tree oil to it)2. Start scrubbing with rough side first and in the end do it with medium side to make the heel softer.3. Clean it and moisture it!And yay, that's enough for regular care!

Hi All , if you are reading this , then probably you are planning to buy , so don’t think twice it’s actually a really nice quality and works great . I recently noticed that my feet were getting dry and I was not able to wear slippers anywhere due to dryness and it’s looked like a white patch on my foot . I decided to buy a foot scrapper and read reviews just like you and bought and I must say I don’t regret it .its quite big and I now use it almost every other day . Hope this hel

It's a good looking product that works well BUT hardly lasts.This is my second unit. The first one lasted 2 months.The filer/scrubber part is not pasted correctly and will start to become wavy ( ref image) in just 2- 3 uses and then break off it by bit.Would suggest the manufacturer to embed the filer/scrubber part into the wood to ensure longevity.

After using 15 or 16 times, cover paper torn off. Not able to use again.

Good product, but slightly costly.
Have used twice so far..Cleans the heels smoothly. The long handle is easy to use.About the durability and sturdiness, have to wait for few more days and check .

Scrubbing part came out at first use. Seems the glue is not strong
The sheet pasted for scrubbing came out at first use only. Unfortunately it can't be returned now otherwise would have returned.I have to use it cautiously though this suppose to be handled roughly
