We disliked that there was no mention of what kind of metal was used to make the device which has the bail on it. We contacted the seller to find out what type of metal was used, and were told it was supposedly stainless steel. Then, why did it become tarnished? We used a professional grade cleaning and polishing cloth for jewellery and a lot of tarnish was removed. The bail is rather small and narrow. We were able to get a 2mm sterling silver rope chain to go through it, but none of the thicker ones did. Unfortunate.We do like the stone. We like that it’s double terminated. The colours are wonderful. The stone has terrific energy. We just wish that the bail and bracket were a metal we recognised. If we knew of someone who could re-do it for us, that would be great.An update: the bail is garbage. It is now corroded. We have never heard of stainless steel doing this before. Would not purchase from them again. It’s too bad the return window closed for this, because as a defective item, it should be sent back.

Necklace is too short. It’s a kids size necklace. I will just give it to my daughter. Will not order again unless the necklace comes longer. If I wore it and laughed or swallowed, the entire thing would pop off my neck. Lol.Hey guys, if you’re reading this, make longer necklaces for adults to wear.

Very pretty. And lovely chain. Please note that the length is the only length it adjusts to. It was perfect for what I wanted but some people may not care for that. Nice strong lobster clip too.

Love the pendant but the chain is too short!It states 20 inch but it is only 16 inches that came??? Is it possible to get a longer chain? Please as stated in the description???

Authentic lapis lazuli. Got it because it is a throat chakra and I dig how short the chain is because it’s there for a purpose. I had one similar to this one and lost it but while I was wearing it daily I felt like it managed my thyroid in a positive way and I just realized that’s what I need back in my life. So happy with this product!

Great little pendant - bought for my son. It is smaller than expected but like it very much. He said it’s nice to have this size for the looks of it - it’s not as gaudy as his other one. There’s a large line on the stone that covers over half - am worried this will make the stone easier to break. Guess we will see. Would buy it again if I have to.

This isn't actual obsidian. I own a few obsidian stones and there is a massive difference in feel and weight. This is definitely plastic. Going to return this item.

The stone was beautiful and what I expected. The only problem was the chain. I really like the chains that come with these necklaces but on this particular one the change had a link that was broken and a little metal piece stuck out and scratched my granddaughters neck. I will need to ask for a replacement.

Very short chain and overall looks like a dollar store purchase.
